Popovich Financial Services is a Finance Broking Business that specialises in most types of finance, from Residential Home Loans to complex Business loans and Development loans. We can also assist just about any client with their finance requirements including those that have bad credit ratings.
As a Finance Broker we are the go-between the borrower and the lender (usually a bank) and negotiate the loan on your behalf. We do all the leg-work on researching the products on the market from the hundreds available and then support you through the application process all the way through to settlement and beyond.
Nick Popovich the Managing Director of Popovich Financial Services has over 21 years of Finance and Business Management Experience. This gives you the client comfort in knowing that we have a thorough understanding of how Banks operate, together with hands on experience of how a small business operates and the challenges and obstacles they face especially when it comes to obtaining finance. I also have a vast amount of experience in property investing meaning I can assist you along that path.

I’m available 24/7. Yes that’s right 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I realise that business doesn’t stop at 5 pm. Should you require assistance I’m always there to help; this may include being at an Auction on weeknight or on a Weekend.
I can travel anywhere to meet new or existing clients.
I operate independently and on my own. I do everything from meeting with the clients, processing the loan application and having the documents signed and returned. Together with ensuring the loan settles without any issues. This gives you the peace of mind that I will be the one dealing with the loan process from beginning to end.
My service is ongoing. The relationship with the clients doesn’t end when the loan settles; I maintain regular contact with all my clients to ensure they are continually being looked after while ensuring their current loan matches their continuing financial/investment requirements.
I do not charge any fees for my service. I am paid entirely by the banks who I refer the loans to.
With the range of loans and lenders that we are accredited with; we can offer a loan to suit just about anyone’s financial situation. Even those who have bad credit ratings.
